بَابُ الْعَبْدِ يَتَزَوَّجُ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِChapter: A slave marries without his master's permission

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ أنا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ «أَنَّ غُلَامًا لَهُ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ أَمْرِهِ فَضَرَبَهُمَا الْحَدَّ وَأَخَذَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ كَانَ أَعْطَاهَا وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that one of his slaves married without his permission, so he imposed the hadd punishment on both of them, took back whatever the slave had given to his wife, and separated the two.
