سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: «إِذَا شَهِدَ شَاهِدَانِ أَوْ رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ جَازَ عَلَى جَمِيعِ الْوَرَثَةِ»
Ash-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When two witnesses, or one man and two women from among the heirs, testify to a debt upon the deceased, then this testimony will be binding upon all the heirs."
