حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نا أَبُو هِشَامٍ ، نا وَكِيعٌ ، نا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : " لا يَقْطَعُ التَّبَسُّمُ الصَّلاةَ حَتَّى يُقَرْقِرَ " . رَفَعَهُ ثَابِتُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ.
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Smiling does not break the prayer; as long as a person does not laugh out loud (the prayer is not broken)." The same narration is also transmitted with another chain as a "marfu‘" narration.
