نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْمِصْرِيُّ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ خُرَيْنِقَ بِنْتِ الْحُصَيْنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ ، قَالَ : " أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِشَاهِدَيْنِ عَلَى الْمُدَّعِي ، وَالْيَمِينِ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ " .
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the claimant to present two witnesses, and instructed the person against whom the claim was made to take an oath.
