نَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ الْغَازِيُّ ، نَا طَاهِرُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ قَبِيصَةَ ، نَا سَهْلُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، نَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ الشَّهِيدِ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ " فِي خُطْبَتِهِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ : لا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ إِلا أَنْ يَشَاءَ الْوَرَثَةُ " .
Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, narrates from his grandfather that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said in his sermon on the day of sacrifice: "A bequest cannot be made in favor of an heir, except if the other heirs permit it."
