نَا نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا بَحْرُ ، نَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، " أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُوَرِّثُ ثَلاثَ جَدَّاتٍ إِذَا اسْتَوَيْنِ ، ثِنْتَيْنِ مِنْ قِبَلِ الأَبِ ، وَوَاحِدَةً مِنْ قِبَلِ الأُمِّ " .
Kharijah bin Zaid narrates about his father, Sayyiduna Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him): He made three grandmothers heirs, while they were of the same degree; two of them were from the father's side and one was from the mother's side.
