نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، نَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ ، نَا زُهَيْرٌ ، وَقَيْسٌ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَازِبٍ ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كُلُّ شَيْءٍ سِوَى الْحَدِيدَةِ فَهُوَ خَطَأٌ ، وَفِي كُلِّ خَطَأٍ أَرْشٌ " ،.
Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Every killing done with anything other than iron (weapons) will be considered accidental killing, and in accidental killing, blood money (diyah) will be obligatory.”
