Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I performed prayer behind the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to continuously recite the supplication of Qunoot after bowing (ruku') in the Fajr prayer, until I parted from him. Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I also performed prayer behind Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), and he too used to recite the supplication of Qunoot after bowing (ruku') in the Fajr prayer, until I parted from him (i.e., he departed from this world).
