باب مَنْ قَالَ لاَ يَجُوزُ:Chapter on those who said it is not valid
Hadith 3325
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: "لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الْغُلَامِ وَلَا وَصِيَّتُهُ، وَلَا هِبَتُهُ، وَلَا صَدَقَتُهُ، وَلَا عَتَاقَتُهُ، حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ".
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The divorce of a child is not permissible, nor his will, gift, charity, or emancipation, until he reaches maturity.
