باب مَنْ قَالَ لاَ يَجُوزُ:Chapter on those who said it is not valid
Hadith 3324
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: "وَصِيَّتُهُ لَيْسَتْ بِجَائِزَةٍ إِلَّا مَا لَيْسَ بِذِي بَالٍ، يَعْنِي: الْغُلَامَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَحْتَلِمَ".
Muammar narrated: (Imam) Zuhri, may Allah have mercy on him, used to say: The will (wasiyyah) of a child is not permissible except for something that has no significance. That is, the will of a boy before reaching puberty will not be enforceable.
