جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا
إِسْمَاعِيل، عَنْ
عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: "كَانَ
عَلِيٌّ لَا يُوَرِّثُ الْإِخْوَةَ مِنْ الْأُمِّ، وَلَا الزَّوْجَ، وَلَا الْمَرْأَةَ، مِنْ الدِّيَةِ شَيْئًا" . قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ: بَعْضُهُمْ يُدْخِلُ بَيْنَ إِسْمَاعِيل، وَعَامِرٍ رَجُلًا.
‘Amir (Sha‘bi), may Allah have mercy on him, said: Sayyiduna ‘Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, did not give anything from the blood money as inheritance to the maternal brother, the husband, or the wife. Imam Darimi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: In some narrations, there is one more narrator mentioned between ‘Amir Sha‘bi and Isma‘il.
