حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ بِإِسْنَادِهِ، مِثْلَهُ.

It is understood from this that it is not correct to say that the best person is the one who is elderly and does good deeds. However, it is correct that whoever has a long life and whose deeds are good, then for him there is goodness and virtue.
Life is made by deeds—both Paradise and Hell.
This being of dust, in its nature, is neither of light nor of fire.
