It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that whenever the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) halted at a place during a journey, he would not depart from there until he had performed two units of prayer, or he would leave that place after performing two units of prayer.
Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: In its chain of narration, ‘Uthman bin Sa’d is weak.
