باب في الْمُحْصَرِ بِعَدُوٍّ:Chapter: The One Prevented from Completing Hajj
Hadith 1932
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ الصَّوَّافِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: "مَنْ كُسِرَ، أَوْ عُرِجَ، فَقَدْ حَلَّ، وَعَلَيْهِ حَجَّةٌ أُخْرَى" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hajjaj bin Amr Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a person's bone breaks or he becomes lame, then he is permitted (i.e., he may exit the state of Ihram), and upon him is (the obligation of) another Hajj (in the following year)."
