باب مَنِ اعْتَمَرَ في أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ:Chapter: Performing Umrah During Hajj Months
Hadith 1895
أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ رَبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ: أَنَّهُمْ سَارُوا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى بَلَغُوا عُسْفَانَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي مُدْلِجٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ سُرَاقَةَ أَوْ سُرَاقَةُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ: اقْضِ لَنَا قَضَاءَ قَوْمٍ وُلِدُوا الْيَوْمَ . قَالَ: "إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَدْخَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي حَجِّكُمْ هَذَا عُمْرَةً، فَإِذَا أَنْتُمْ قَدِمْتُمْ فَمَنْ تَطَوَّفَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، فَقَدْ حَلَّ إِلَّا مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ".
It is narrated from Rabi’ bin Subrah that his father stated: They traveled with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) until they reached the place of ‘Usfan. Then a man from Banu Mudlij, whose name was Malik bin Suraqah or Suraqah bin Malik, said to the Prophet (peace be upon him): O Messenger of Allah! Please explain today in a way that those who are newly born (i.e., give such advice that even the ignorant can understand it) will comprehend. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “Allah the Exalted has included ‘Umrah in your Hajj for you, so when you come to Makkah and perform the Tawaf of the Ka’bah and the Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, then you will become halal (released from Ihram), except for the person who has brought a sacrificial animal with him; he will not become halal.”
