Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite Surah As-Sajdah and Surah Al-Insan in the Fajr prayer on Friday.

Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Hadith 1580)
Reciting «﴿الم . تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ﴾ (السجدة)» and «﴿هَلْ أَتَى عَلَى الْإِنْسَانِ﴾ (الانسان)» in the Fajr prayer on Friday is Sunnah.
Once, I recited other surahs on a Friday in the Fajr prayer, so the respected Shaykh, Grand Mufti Ibn Baz rahimahullah, said that reciting Surah As-Sajdah and Surah Al-Insan is Sunnah, and the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam used to always recite them.
He pointed out that in Al-Mu'jam At-Tabarani, the wording is: «كان يداوم», meaning that he sallallahu alayhi wa sallam always maintained this practice.
According to the rules of Arabic as well, when «كان» comes before a present tense verb, it often indicates continuity and regularity; therefore, this Sunnah should be acted upon.
