It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recited Surah An-Najm, he performed sajdah (prostration) at the verse of sajdah, and all the people present there performed sajdah except for one old man who took a handful of sand and pebbles, placed them on his forehead, and said: "This is sufficient for me (instead of performing sajdah)." (It is mentioned in Sahih Muslim: Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I saw that this person died in a state of disbelief.)

From here, Imam Darimi rahimahullah has begun the mention of the prostration of recitation (sujud at-tilawah).
From the above-mentioned narration, the prostration (sajdah) of Surah An-Najm is established, which is on the last verse: «﴿فَاسْجُدُوالِلّٰهِوَاعْبُدُوا﴾ [النجم : 62]», and upon which both Muslims and disbelievers, as well as polytheists, all fell into prostration.
The meaning of the verse: "So prostrate to Allah and worship Him alone."
