باب النَّهْيِ عَنْ الاِشْتِبَاكِ إِذَا خَرَجَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ:Chapter: Forbidding interlacing fingers when going to the mosque
Hadith 1442
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، أَنْبأَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ الْفَرَّاءُ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق، عَنْ أَبِي ثُمَامَةَ الْحَنَّاطِ، قَالَ: أَدْرَكَنِي كَعْبُ بْنُ عُجْرَةَ بِالْبَلَاطِ، وَأَنَا مُشَبِّكٌ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِي، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ أَحَدُكُمْ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ عَامِدًا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ، فَلَا يُشَبِّكُ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ".
Abu Thamamah Hinnat said: Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) found me on the pavement (while going to the mosque) and I had interlaced my fingers. He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When any of you performs ablution and sets out for the mosque with the intention of prayer, he should not interlace his fingers (as if he is already in prayer)."
