باب قَدْرِ الْقِرَاءَةِ في الْفَجْرِ:Chapter: Amount of recitation in Fajr
Hadith 1332
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَمِّي يَقُولُ: إِنَّهُ صَلَّى مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَمِعَهُ "يَقْرَأُ فِي إِحْدَى الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ مِنْ الصُّبْحِ وَالنَّخْلَ بَاسِقَاتٍ" . قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: وَسَأَلْتُهُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ يَقْرَأُ بـقَ.
Ziyad bin ‘Ilaqah said: I heard my uncle say that I prayed the Fajr prayer with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he recited «﴿وَالنَّخْلَ بَاسِقَاتٍ﴾» [ق: 10] in one rak‘ah. Shu‘bah said: I asked Ziyad again, and he said: I heard him reciting Surah Qaf.
