Prophetic advice to Ali (RA) at Fatimah’s (RA) marriage
Hadith 1450
- " هي لك على أن تحسن صحبتها ".
Hajar bin Qais, who had witnessed the era of ignorance, says: Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) sent a proposal to marry Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "She is yours, provided that you treat her well."
