Who should stand near the Imam?
Hadith 539
- " كان يحب أن يليه المهاجرون والأنصار ليحفظوا عنه ".
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik Ash'ari رضي الله عنه reports that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم liked that (in prayer) the Muhajirun and Ansar would stand close to him so that they could remember the (commands of prayer) performed by him.
