Form of a noble angel due to fear of Allah
Hadith 3915
- " مررت بجبريل ليلة أسري بي بالملإ الأعلى، وهو كالحلس البالي من خشية الله عز وجل ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the night of Isra, while I was in the company of Jibril, I passed by a most noble angel who appeared like worn-out sackcloth due to his fear of Allah, the Exalted."
