Hadith Q2949
بِذِكْرِ خَبَرٍ مُخْتَصَرٍ غَيْرِ مُتَقَصٍّ، وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ لَا فِدْيَةَ لَهُ.
A brief mention of the hadith has been made regarding this matter, not a detailed one, and in this hadith there is also evidence that there is no fidya (compensation) upon the one who performs the acts of Hajj out of order.
Hadith 2949
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that on the Day of Sacrifice, a man came to the service of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said, "I shaved my head before offering the sacrifice." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Offer the sacrifice, there is no harm." Another man said, "I offered the sacrifice before performing the stoning." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "There is no harm, now perform the stoning." In the narration of Janab Makhzawi, it is mentioned that a man asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said, "I shaved my head before offering the sacrifice." And these words were also mentioned, that then another man asked you and said, "I slaughtered the camel before performing the stoning."
Hadith 2950
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that on the day of sacrifice at Mina, when people would ask questions to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), he would say: "There is no harm (if the order is mixed up), there is no harm." A person asked you and said that he had shaved his head before sacrificing. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "There is no harm." And another person said that he had thrown the pebbles after evening. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "There is no harm." In the narration of Yazid bin Zuray', these words are mentioned: "Now slaughter (the animal), and there is no harm."
