جماع أَبْوَابِ صَدَقَةِ الْوَرِقِ
Chapters on Zakat of Silver

(37) بَابُ إِسْقَاطِ فَرْضِ الزَّكَاةِ عَمَّا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ مِنَ الْوَرِقِ
37| Chapter on the exemption of zakat on less than five awaq of silver
2 (38) بَابُ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى [أَنَّ] الْخَمْسَةَ الْأَوَاقِ هِيَ مِائَتَا دِرْهَمٍ.38| Chapter on the evidence that five awaq equals two hundred dirhams
3 (39) بَابُ ذِكْرِ مَبْلَغِ الزَّكَاةِ فِي الْوَرِقِ إِذَا بَلَغَ خَمْسَ أَوَاقٍ39| Chapter on the amount of zakat due on silver when it reaches five awaq
4 (40) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْبَيَانِ أَنَّ الزَّكَاةَ وَاجِبَةٌ عَلَى مَا زَادَ عَلَى الْمِائَتَيْنِ مِنَ الْوَرِقِ40| Chapter on the evidence that zakat is due on what exceeds two hundred dirhams
5 (41) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الزَّكَاةَ غَيْرُ وَاجِبَةٍ عَلَى الْحُلِيِّ، إِذِ اسْمُ الْوَرِقِ فِي لُغَةِ الْعَرَبِ الَّذِينَ خُوطِبْنَا بِلُغَتِهِمْ لَا يَقَعُ – عِلْمِي- عَلَى الْحُلِيِّ الَّذِي هُوَ مَتَاعٌ مَلْبُوسٌ.41| Chapter on the evidence that zakat is not due on jewelry, as the term silver in Arabic does not refer to worn jewelry
