31| Right to lead prayer due to greater Quran memorization, even if others are older or more noble

 34 (34) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ إِمَامَةِ غَيْرِ الْمُدْرِكِ الْبَالِغِينَ إِذَا كَانَ غَيْرُ الْمُدْرِكِ أَكْثَرَ جَمْعًا لِلْقُرْآنِ مِنَ الْبَالِغِينَ.

34| Permissibility of a non-adult leading adults if he knows more Quran

 36 (36) بَابُ التَّغْلِيظِ عَلَى الْأَئِمَّةِ فِي تَرْكِهِمْ إِتْمَامَ الصَّلَاةِ، وَتَأْخِيرِهِمُ الصَّلَاةَ

36| Severity for imams who do not complete the prayer or delay it

 37 (37) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي تَرْكِ انْتِظَارِ الْإِمَامِ إِذَا أَبْطَأَ، وَأَمْرِ الْمَأْمُومِينَ أَحَدَهُمْ بِالْإِمَامَةِ.

37| Concession to not wait for the imam if he is late and for the congregation to appoint one of themselves

 38 (38) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي صَلَاةِ الْإِمَامِ الْأَعْظَمِ خَلْفَ مَنْ أَمَّ النَّاسَ مِنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ الْإِمَامُ مِنَ الرَّعِيَّةِ يَؤُمُّ النَّاسَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ الْإِمَامِ الْأَعْظَمِ
