8 (77) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ بِقَوْلِهِ: " فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَدْرِي أَيْنَ بَاتَتْ يَدُهُ مِنْهُ " أَيْ أَنَّهُ لَا يَدْرِي أَيْنَ أَتَتْ يَدُهُ مِنْ جَسَدِهِChapter 77: Evidence that the Prophet meant by “he does not know where his hand spent the night” that he does not know where his hand touched his body
9 (78) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْمَاءَ إِذَا خَالَطَهُ فَرْثُ مَا يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ لَمْ يَنْجُسْChapter 78: Evidence that water mixed with the dung of edible animals does not become impure

18 (87) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْوُضُوءِ وَالْغُسْلِ مِنَ الْمَاءِ الَّذِي يَكُونُ فِي أَوَانِي أَهْلِ الشِّرْكِ وَأَسْقِيَتِهِمْ "Chapter 87: Permission to use water from the vessels of polytheists
19 (88) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْوُضُوءِ مِنَ الْمَاءِ يَكُونُ فِي جُلُودِ الْمَيْتَةِ إِذَا دُبِغَتْChapter 88: Permission to use water in tanned skins of dead animals
20 (89) بَابُ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ أَبْوَالَ مَا يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ لَيْسَ بِنَجَسٍ، وَلَا يَنْجُسُ الْمَاءُ إِذَا خَالَطَهُChapter 89: Evidence that the urine of edible animals is not impure and does not make water impure
21 (90) بَابُ ذِكْرِ خَبَرٍ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي إِجَازَةِ الْوُضُوءِ بِالْمُدِّ مِنَ الْمَاءِ "Chapter 90: Report on the Prophet’s allowance of ablution with a mudd of water
22 (91) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ تَوْقِيتَ الْمُدِّ مِنَ الْمَاءِ لِلْوُضُوءِ " أَنَّ الْوُضُوءَ بِالْمُدِّ يُجْزِئُ،Chapter 91: Evidence that specifying a mudd of water for ablution is sufficient

24 (93) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنْ لَا تَوْقِيتَ فِي قَدْرِ الْمَاءِ الَّذِي يَتَوَضَّأُ بِهِ الْمَرْءُ، فَيَضِيقُ عَلَى الْمُتَوَضِّئِ أَنْ يَزِيدَ عَلَيْهِ أَوْ يَنْقُصَ مِنْهُ،Chapter 93: Evidence that there is no fixed amount of water for ablution, and it is not restricted
25 (94) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ الْقَصْدِ فِي صَبِّ الْمَاءِ، وَكَرَاهَةِ التَّعَدِّي فِيهِ، وَالْأَمْرِ بِاتِّقَاءِ وَسْوَسَةِ الْمَاءِChapter 94: Recommendation to be moderate in pouring water, dislike of excess, and warning against obsessive doubts
