جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(339) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ طَوَافِ الزِّيَارَةِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ اسْتِنَانًا بِالنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمُبَادَرَةً بِقَضَاءِ الْوَاجِبِ عَنِ الطَّوَافِRecommendation to perform the Tawaf of visitation on Eid, following the Prophet and hastening to fulfill the obligation.
Hadith Q2941
الَّذِي بِهِ يَتِمُّ حَجُّ الْحَاجِّ؛ خَوْفَ أَنْ يَعْرِضَ لِلْمَرْءِ مَا لَا يُمْكِنُهُ طَوَافُ الزِّيَارَةِ مَعَهُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ تَأْخِيرُ الْإِفَاضَةِ عَنْ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ جَائِزًا.
Since the Tawaf al-Ziyarah is obligatory and with it the pilgrim's Hajj is completed, therefore it should be performed without delay, lest some obstacle arises and the pilgrim is unable to perform the Tawaf al-Ziyarah. Although it is permissible to delay the Tawaf al-Ziyarah after the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah.
