(84) بَابُ أَمْرِ الْمُهِلِّ بِالْعُمْرَةِ الَّذِي مَعَهُ الْهَدْيُ بِالْإِهْلَالِ بِالْحَجِّ مَعَ الْعُمْرَةِ لِيَصِيرَ قَارِنًا،84 Subchapter: Command for one doing Umrah with a sacrificial animal to enter ihram for Hajj as well
Hadith Q2607
إِذْ سَائِقٌ الْهَدْيَ الْمُهِلُّ بِالْعُمْرَةِ، غَيْرُ جَائِزٍ لَهُ الْإِحْلَالُ مِنْهَا قَبْلَ مَبْلَغِ الْهَدْيِ مَحِلَّهُ
So that he becomes one who performs Qiran Hajj, because the person who has put on the Ihram for Umrah and also has a sacrificial animal with him, it is not permissible for him (after performing Umrah) to exit the state of Ihram until the sacrifice reaches its place of sacrifice (on the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah).
