(129) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ جَمَاعَةً فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي قَدْ جُمِعَ فِيهِ129| Chapter on the concession for praying in congregation in a mosque where a congregation has already prayed
Hadith Q1632
ضِدَّ قَوْلِ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّهُمْ يُصَلُّونَ فُرَادَى إِذَا صَلَّى فِي الْمَسْجِدِ جَمَاعَةٌ مَرَّةً.
Contrary to the claim of those people who say that when the congregation has been held once in the mosque, then (those who come later) will perform the prayer individually.
