Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the ‘Isha prayer, he would raise his head after bowing (ruku‘) and say « سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ », then he would recite the Qunoot and supplicate: « اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ عَيَّاشَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ ، اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ سَلَمَةَ بْنَ هِشَامٍ، اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ، اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنَ أَھْلِ مَكَّةَ ، اللَّهُمَّ أشْدُدْ وَطْأَتَكَ عَلَى مُضَرَ ، اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهَا عَلَيْهِمْ سِنِينَ كَسِنِي يُوسُفَ » “O Allah, grant salvation to ‘Ayyash bin Abi Rabi‘ah. O Allah, grant freedom to Salamah bin Hisham. O Allah, grant release to Walid bin Walid. O Allah, grant salvation to the weak believers among the people of Makkah. O Allah, make Your grip severe upon Mudar. O Allah, inflict upon them a famine like the famine during the time of Sayyiduna Yusuf (peace be upon him).”
