(140) بَابُ الْجَهْرِ بِآمِينَ عِنْدَ انْقِضَاءِ فَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ الَّتِي يَجْهَرُ الْإِمَامُ فِيهَا بِالْقِرَاءَةِ.Chapter 140: Saying "Ameen" aloud after Al-Fatihah in prayers where the imam recites aloud
Hadith 569
نا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ، وَهَذَا حَدِيثُ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ ، نا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا أَمَّنَ الْقَارِئُ ، فَأَمِّنُوا ، فَإِنَّ الْمَلائِكَةَ تُؤَمِّنُ ، فَمَنَ وَافَقَ تَأْمِينُهُ تَأْمِينَ الْمَلائِكَةِ ، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ " . قَالَ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ مَرَّةً : قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "When the reciter says Ameen, you should also say Ameen, because the angels also say Ameen. Therefore, whoever's Ameen coincides with the Ameen of the angels, his past sins will be forgiven."
