Hadith 375
نا نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، نا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ بِلالٌ يُثَنِّي الأَذَانَ وَيُوتِرُ الإِقَامَةَ ، إِلا قَوْلَهُ : قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاةُ ، قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاةُ " . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : وَخَبَرُ ابْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مِنْ هَذَا الْبَابِ
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say the adhan in double phrases and the iqamah in single phrases, except for « قَد قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ » (which he would say twice). Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Ibn Mathna’s narration from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) is related to this same chapter.
