جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(399) بَابُ الْعُمْرَةِ فِي ذِي الْحِجَّةِ مِنَ التَّنْعِيمِ لِمَنْ قَدْ حَجَّ ذَلِكَ الْعَامَPerforming Umrah from Tan’eem in Dhul-Hijjah for those who have already performed Hajj that year.
Hadith 3026
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، أَنَّ أَبَا الزُّبَيْرِ أَخْبَرَهُ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، " أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْمَرَ عَائِشَةَ مِنَ التَّنْعِيمِ لَيْلَةَ الْحَصْبَةِ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) perform ‘Umrah from the place of Tan‘im on the night when they stayed at the valley of Muhassab.
