(398) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ الْعُمْرَةِ فِي ذِي الْحِجَّةِ بَعْدَ مُضِيِّ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ.Permissibility of performing Umrah in Dhul-Hijjah after the days of Tashreeq.
Hadith 3024
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ أَخْبَرَهُ : " أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَلَقَ رَأْسَهُ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ " ، قَالَ : وَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَحْلِقُونَ فِي الْحَجِّ ، ثُمَّ يَعْتَمِرُونَ عِنْدَ النَّفَرِ ، فَيَقُولُ : مَا يَحْلِقُ هَذَا ، فَنَقُولُ لأَحَدِهِمْ : أَمِرَّ الْمُوسَى عَلَى رَأْسِكَ
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him) had his head shaved during the Farewell Pilgrimage. Ibn Jurayj says that people used to shave their heads at the time of Hajj, then when returning from Mina, they would perform Umrah and say, "Now what will he shave?" So we would say to each other, "Pass the razor over your head."
