جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(339) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ طَوَافِ الزِّيَارَةِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ اسْتِنَانًا بِالنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمُبَادَرَةً بِقَضَاءِ الْوَاجِبِ عَنِ الطَّوَافِRecommendation to perform the Tawaf of visitation on Eid, following the Prophet and hastening to fulfill the obligation.
Hadith 2941
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، " أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَفَاضَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَصَلَّى الظُّهْرَ بِمِنًى " قَالَ نَافِعٌ : وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يُفِيضُ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ، ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ فَيُصَلِّي الظُّهْرَ يَعْنِي بِمِنًى ، وَيَذْكُرُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَلَهُ
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger (peace be upon him) performed the Tawaf al-Ifadah on the Day of Sacrifice, then returned and offered the Zuhr prayer in Mina. Imam Nafi’ says that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to perform the Tawaf al-Ifadah on the Day of Sacrifice, then return and offer the Zuhr prayer in Mina, and he used to state that the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him) had done the same.
