Hadith 2100
حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الثَّعْلَبِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ ، وَيَوْمُ النَّحْرِ ، وَأَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ عِيدُنَا أَهْلَ الإِسْلامِ ، وَهِيَ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ " . حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عَلِيٍّ اللَّخْمِيِّ ، بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ وَكِيعٍ
Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Day of Arafah, the Day of Sacrifice, and the Days of Tashreeq are our days of Eid, the people of Islam, and they are days of eating and drinking."
