Hadith 1534
حَدَّثَنَا
هَنَّادٌ , حَدَّثَنَا
عَبْدَةُ , عَنْ
عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ , عَنْ
نَافِعٍ , عَنْ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَدْرَكَ عُمَرَ وَهُوَ فِي رَكْبٍ , وَهُوَ يَحْلِفُ بِأَبِيهِ , فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَنْهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ , لِيَحْلِفْ حَالِفٌ بِاللَّهِ , أَوْ لِيَسْكُتْ " , قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
´Narrated Ibn 'Umar:` That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came across 'Umar while he was on his mount, and he was swearing by his father. So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Verily Allah prohibits you from swearing by your fathers. So let the one who swears, swear by Allah, or be silent."
Hadith 1539

عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ , عَنْ
نَافِعٍ , عَنْ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ , عَنْ
عُمَرَ , قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَذَرْتُ أَنْ أَعْتَكِفَ لَيْلَةً فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ , قَالَ : " أَوْفِ بِنَذْرِكَ " , قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو , وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ , وَقَدْ ذَهَبَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ , قَالُوا : إِذَا أَسْلَمَ الرَّجُلُ , وَعَلَيْهِ نَذْرُ طَاعَةٍ , فَلْيَفِ بِهِ , وَقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ : لَا اعْتِكَافَ إِلَّا بِصَوْمٍ , وقَالَ آخَرُونَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ : لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُعْتَكِفِ صَوْمٌ , إِلَّا أَنْ يُوجِبَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ صَوْمًا , وَاحْتَجُّوا بِحَدِيثِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَعْتَكِفَ لَيْلَةً فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ , فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْوَفَاءِ , وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَحْمَدَ , وَإِسْحَاق .
´Narrated 'Umar:` "I said:'O Messenger of Allah! I had vowed to perform I'tikaf in Al-Masjid Al-Haram for a night during the era of Jahiliyyah.' He said: 'Fulfill your vow.''"
Hadith 1552

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " حَرَّقَ نَخْلَ بَنِي النَّضِيرِ وَقَطَعَ ، وَهِيَ الْبُوَيْرَةُ ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ : مَا قَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ لِينَةٍ أَوْ تَرَكْتُمُوهَا قَائِمَةً عَلَى أُصُولِهَا فَبِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَلِيُخْزِيَ الْفَاسِقِينَ سورة الحشر آية 5 " ، وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَقَدْ ذَهَبَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِلَى هَذَا ، وَلَمْ يَرَوْا بَأْسًا بِقَطْعِ الْأَشْجَارِ وَتَخْرِيبِ الْحُصُونِ ، وَكَرِهَ بَعْضُهُمْ ذَلِكَ ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، قَالَ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ : وَنَهَى أَبُو بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقُ أَنْ يَقْطَعَ شَجَرًا مُثْمِرًا ، أَوْ يُخَرِّبَ عَامِرًا ، وَعَمِلَ بِذَلِكَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ بَعْدَهُ ، وقَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ : لَا بَأْسَ بِالتَّحْرِيقِ فِي أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ وَقَطْعِ الْأَشْجَارِ وَالثِّمَارِ ، وقَالَ أَحْمَدُ : وَقَدْ تَكُونُ فِي مَوَاضِعَ لَا يَجِدُونَ مِنْهُ بُدًّا ، فَأَمَّا بِالْعَبَثِ ، فَلَا تُحَرَّقْ ، وقَالَ إِسْحَاق : التَّحْرِيقُ سُنَّةٌ إِذَا كَانَ أَنْكَى فِيهِمْ .
´Narrated Ibn 'Umar:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) burnt the palm trees of Bani Nadir and cut them down at Al-Buwairah. So Allah revealed: Whatever you cut down of their palm trees, or you left them standing on their trunks, then it was by the permission of Allah, and in the order to disgrace the rebellious.(59:5)"
Hadith 1554
´Narrated Ibn 'Umar:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) divided the spoils as two shares for the horse and one share for the man."
Hadith 1569

ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً وُجِدَتْ فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَقْتُولَةً ، فَأَنْكَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَلِكَ ، " وَنَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ " ، وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ ، وَرَبَاحٍ وَيُقَالُ : رِيَاحُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ، وَالْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سَرِيعٍ ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَالصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ ، كَرِهُوا قَتْلَ النِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ ، وَالشَّافِعِيِّ ، وَرَخَّصَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ فِي الْبَيَاتِ ، وَقَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ فِيهِمْ وَالْوِلْدَانِ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَحْمَدَ ، وَإِسْحَاق ، وَرَخَّصَا فِي الْبَيَاتِ .
Narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that in one of the battles of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), a woman was found killed, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) condemned this and forbade the killing of women and children 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Sahih,
2- In this chapter, ahadith have also been narrated from Buraidah, Rabah (he is also called Rabah bin Rabi’), Aswad bin Sari’, Ibn Abbas, and Sa’b bin Jathamah,
3- Some people of knowledge among the Companions and others have acted upon this; they consider the killing of women and children to be unlawful. This is also the saying of Sufyan Thawri and Shafi’i,
4- Some people of knowledge have allowed attacking them at night, and in that case, permitted the killing of women and children. This is the saying of Ahmad and Ishaq bin Rahwayh; both have allowed attacking at night.
Hadith 1581

صَخْرُ بْنُ جُوَيْرِيَةَ، عَنْ
نَافِعٍ، عَنْ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ الْغَادِرَ يُنْصَبُ لَهُ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " ، قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، وَأَنَسٍ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَسَأَلْتُ مُحَمَّدًا عَنْ حَدِيثِ سُوَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءٌ " ، فَقَالَ : لَا أَعْرِفُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ مَرْفُوعًا .
‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) says: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: “Indeed, for every betrayer, a flag will be set up for him on the Day of Resurrection.” © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is hasan sahih.
2- I asked Muhammad about this hadith of Suwaid, which he narrates from Abu Ishaq Sabi’i, from Abu Ishaq from ‘Ammarah bin ‘Umair, from ‘Ammarah from ‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), and ‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), that he said: “For every covenant-breaker there will be a flag.” Muhammad bin Isma’il al-Bukhari said: To my knowledge, this hadith is not marfu’.
3- In this chapter, there are also ahadith from ‘Ali, ‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud, Abu Sa’id al-Khudri, and Anas (may Allah be pleased with them).
Hadith 1689
'Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: On the day of the Battle of Hunayn, our condition was such that both groups of Muslims had turned their backs, and there were not even a hundred men with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Gharib,
2- We know it from this chain only through the narration of Ubaidullah.
Hadith 1699

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَزِيرٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا
إِسْحَاق بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَزْرَقُ، عَنْ
سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ
عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ
نَافِعٍ، عَنْ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَجْرَى الْمُضَمَّرَ مِنَ الْخَيْلِ مِنْ الْحَفْيَاءِ إِلَى ثَنِيَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ وَبَيْنَهُمَا سِتَّةُ أَمْيَالٍ ، وَمَا لَمْ يُضَمَّرْ مِنَ الْخَيْلِ مِنْ ثَنِيَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ إِلَى مَسْجِدِ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ وَبَيْنَهُمَا مِيلٌ ، وَكُنْتُ فِيمَنْ أَجْرَى ، فَوَثَبَ بِي فَرَسِي جِدَارًا " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، وَجَابِرٍ ، وَعَائِشَةَ ، وَأَنَسٍ ، وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ ، مِنْ حَدِيثِ الثَّوْرِيِّ .
'Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) held a race between «تضمیر» horses from the place of Hafyaa to Thaniyyat al-Wada', and the distance between them is six miles, and those horses which were not «تضمیر» he held a race for them from Thaniyyat al-Wada' to the mosque of Banu Zuraiq, and the distance between them is one mile. I also participated in the horse race, so my horse carried me and jumped over a wall. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- According to the narration of Thawri, this hadith is sahih, hasan, and gharib.
2- In this chapter, ahadith have also been narrated from Abu Hurairah, Jabir, Aisha, and Anas (may Allah be pleased with them).
Hadith 1705

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " أَلَا كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ ، وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ ، فَالْأَمِيرُ الَّذِي عَلَى النَّاسِ رَاعٍ وَمَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ ، وَالرَّجُلُ رَاعٍ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُمْ ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ رَاعِيَةٌ عَلَى بَيْتِ بَعْلِهَا وَهِيَ مَسْئُولَةٌ عَنْهُ ، وَالْعَبْدُ رَاعٍ عَلَى مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُ ، أَلَا فَكُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ ، وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، وَأَنَسٍ ، وَأَبِي مُوسَى ، وَحَدِيثُ أَبِي مُوسَى غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ ، وَحَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ ، وَحَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، قَالَ : حَكَاهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَخْبَرَنِي بِذَلِكَ مُحَمَّدٌ بِنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَ : وَرَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُرْسَلًا وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ ، قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ : وَرَوَى إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَائِلٌ كُلَّ رَاعٍ عَمَّا اسْتَرْعَاهُ " ، قَالَ : سَمِعْت مُحَمَّدًا ، يَقُولُ : هَذَا غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ ، وَإِنَّمَا الصَّحِيحُ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُرْسَلًا .
Narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock. So the leader of the people is a shepherd and is responsible for his subjects. Likewise, a man is a shepherd over the members of his household and is responsible for them. A woman is a shepherd over her husband's house and is responsible for it. A slave is a shepherd over his master's wealth and is responsible for it." 1© Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- The hadith of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) is Hasan Sahih.
2- In this chapter, there are also ahadith from Abu Hurairah, Anas, and Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with them all).
3- The hadith of Abu Musa is not preserved, and the hadith of Anas is also not preserved. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
Ibrahim bin Bashar Ramadi narrated it with the chain «سفيان بن عيينة عن بريد بن عبد الله بن أبي بردة عن أبي بردة عن أبي موسى عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم», and several people have narrated this hadith with the chain «سفيان عن بريد عن أبي بردة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» in a mursal manner, but this mursal narration is more authentic. Muhammad bin Ismail Bukhari says: Ishaq bin Ibrahim narrated it with the chain «معاذ بن هشام عن أبيه عن قتادة عن أنس عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم»: Indeed, Allah Almighty will ask every shepherd about that which he was entrusted to guard. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
I heard Muhammad bin Ismail Bukhari say: This narration is not preserved; the authentic one is that which has come in a mursal manner from the chain of «عن معاذ بن هشام عن أبيه عن قتادة عن الحسن عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم».
Hadith 1707
حَدَّثَنَا

نَافِعٍ، عَنْ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " السَّمْعُ وَالطَّاعَةُ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ فِيمَا أَحَبَّ وَكَرِهَ ، مَا لَمْ يُؤْمَرْ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ ، فَإِنْ أُمِرَ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ ، فَلَا سَمْعَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا طَاعَةَ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، وَعِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، وَالْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْغِفَارِيِّ ، وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is obligatory upon a Muslim to listen and obey as long as he is not commanded to commit a sin, whether he likes it or dislikes it. But if he is commanded to commit a sin, then there is neither listening nor obedience for him." .
Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Sahih.
2- In this chapter, hadiths have also been narrated from Ali, Imran bin Husain, and Hakam bin Amr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with them).
Hadith 1711
'Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: I was presented before the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) in an army, and I was fourteen years old, but he did not accept me (for fighting in jihad). Then I was presented before him in an army the following year, and I was fifteen years old, so he accepted me (in the army). Nafi' says: I narrated this hadith to Umar bin Abdul Aziz, and he said: This is the limit between minor and major. Then he issued a decree that whoever reaches fifteen years should be given a share from the spoils of war .

أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " حُرِّمَ لِبَاسُ الْحَرِيرِ وَالذَّهَبِ عَلَى ذُكُورِ أُمَّتِي ، وَأُحِلَّ لِإِنَاثِهِمْ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، وَعَلِيٍّ ، وَعُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، وَأَنَسٍ ، وَحُذَيْفَةَ ، وَأُمِّ هَانِئٍ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، وَعِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، وَجَابِرٍ ، وَأَبِي رَيْحَانَ ، وَابْنِ عُمَرَ ، وَالْبَرَاءِ ، وَوَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Narrated from Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Silk clothing and gold are forbidden for the men of my Ummah, and they are made lawful for their women." 1© Imam Tirmidhi says:

Hadith 1725
‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade me from wearing silk and yellow-colored garments made of Qassi. __QUR_N__ © Imam Tirmidhi says:

Hadith 1730
Narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty will not look at the person on the Day of Resurrection who drags his lower garment out of pride." 1© Imam Tirmidhi says:

Hadith 1731

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ جَرَّ ثَوْبَهُ خُيَلَاءَ ، لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " ، فَقَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ : فَكَيْفَ يَصْنَعْنَ النِّسَاءُ بِذُيُولِهِنَّ ؟ قَالَ : " يُرْخِينَ شِبْرًا " ، فَقَالَتْ : إِذًا تَنْكَشِفُ أَقْدَامُهُنَّ ، قَالَ : " فَيُرْخِينَهُ ذِرَاعًا لَا يَزِدْنَ عَلَيْهِ " ، قَالَ : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
'Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever drags his garment out of pride, Allah, the Exalted, will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection." Umm Salamah said: "What should women do with their hems?" He said: "Let them lower it by a handspan." She said: "Then their feet will be uncovered." He said: "Let them lower it by a handspan, and do not let them lower it more than that." © Imam Tirmidhi says: This hadith is hasan sahih.
Hadith 1736
'Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) says that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would tie a turban, he would let it hang between his shoulders. Nafi' says: Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) used to let his turban hang between his shoulders. 'Ubaidullah bin Umar says: I have also seen Qasim and Salim doing the same. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Gharib,
2- In this chapter, there is also a narration from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), but his hadith is not authentic in terms of its chain.

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " صَنَعَ خَاتَمًا مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَتَخَتَّمَ بِهِ فِي يَمِينِهِ ، ثُمَّ جَلَسَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ ، فَقَالَ : إِنِّي كُنْتُ اتَّخَذْتُ هَذَا الْخَاتَمَ فِي يَمِينِي ، ثُمَّ نَبَذَهُ وَنَبَذَ النَّاسُ خَوَاتِيمَهُمْ " ، قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، وَجَابِرٍ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَعَائِشَةَ ، وَأَنَسٍ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، نَحْوَ هَذَا مِنْ غَيْرِ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ أَنَّهُ تَخَتَّمَ فِي يَمِينِهِ .
Narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) made a ring of gold and wore it on his right hand, then sat on the pulpit and said: "I have worn this ring on my right hand." Then he took it off and threw it away, and the people also threw away their rings 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith has also come through another chain from Nafi' from Ibn Umar in the same way, in which it is mentioned that he wore the ring on his right hand,
2- In this chapter, hadiths have also come from Ali, Jabir, Abdullah bin Ja'far, Ibn Abbas, Aisha, and Anas (may Allah be pleased with them).
Hadith 1759

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ ، وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ " ، قَالَ نَافِعٌ : الْوَشْمُ فِي اللِّثَةِ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، وَأَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَمَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، وَمُعَاوِيَةَ .
Narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah has cursed the woman who joins hair and the one who asks for hair to be joined, the woman who tattoos and the one who asks to be tattooed." Nafi' says: Tattooing is done on the gums." Imam Tirmidhi says:

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " الْكَافِرُ يَأْكُلُ فِي سَبْعَةِ أَمْعَاءٍ وَالْمُؤْمِنُ يَأْكُلُ فِي مِعًى وَاحِدٍ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، وَأَبِي بَصْرَةَ الْغِفَارِيِّ ، وَأَبِي مُوسَى ، وَجَهْجَاهٍ الْغِفَارِيِّ ، وَمَيْمُونَةَ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو .
Narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A disbeliever eats with seven intestines, and a believer eats with one intestine." 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says:

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ ، وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ ، وَمَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَمَاتَ وَهُوَ يُدْمِنُهَا لَمْ يَشْرَبْهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ " ، قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَعُبَادَةَ ، وَأَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَرَوَاهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مَوْقُوفًا فَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ .
‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Every intoxicant is wine, and every intoxicant is unlawful. Whoever drinks wine in this world and dies while he is addicted to it, he will not drink it in the Hereafter.” © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- The hadith of Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) is Hasan Sahih.
2- This hadith has come from several chains from Nafi‘, who narrates from Ibn ‘Umar, and Ibn ‘Umar narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
3- Malik bin Anas has narrated this hadith from Nafi‘ from Ibn ‘Umar as a mawquf narration; he did not narrate it as marfu‘.
4- In this chapter, there are also ahadith from Abu Hurairah, Abu Sa‘id al-Khudri, ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr bin al-‘As, Ibn ‘Abbas, ‘Ubadah, and Abu Malik al-Ash‘ari (may Allah be pleased with them).
Hadith 1880
'Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: "In the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we used to eat while walking and drink while standing." 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is sahih ghareeb through the chain of «عبيد الله بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر»,
2- Imran bin Hudeir narrated this hadith from Abu'l-Bazra from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both),
3- Abu'l-Bazra's name is Yazid bin Atard.
Hadith 1972
´Ibn 'Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:` "When the slave (of Allah) lies, the angel goes a mile away from him because of the stench of what he has done."Yahya said: "(I asked) 'Abdur-Rahim bin Harun if he approved of it,and he said 'Yes'."
Hadith 2032

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ : صَعِدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمِنْبَرَ فَنَادَى بِصَوْتٍ رَفِيعٍ ، فَقَالَ : " يَا مَعْشَرَ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ بِلِسَانِهِ ، وَلَمْ يُفْضِ الْإِيمَانُ إِلَى قَلْبِهِ ، لَا تُؤْذُوا الْمُسْلِمِينَ ، وَلَا تُعَيِّرُوهُمْ ، وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا عَوْرَاتِهِمْ ، فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ تَتَبَّعَ عَوْرَةَ أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ تَتَبَّعَ اللَّهُ عَوْرَتَهُ ، وَمَنْ تَتَبَّعَ اللَّهُ عَوْرَتَهُ يَفْضَحْهُ وَلَوْ فِي جَوْفِ رَحْلِهِ " ، قَالَ : وَنَظَرَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَوْمًا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ أَوْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ ، فَقَالَ : مَا أَعْظَمَكِ وَأَعْظَمَ حُرْمَتَكِ ، وَالْمُؤْمِنُ أَعْظَمُ حُرْمَةً عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْكِ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ ، لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ ، وَرَوَى إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ السَّمَرْقَنْدِيُّ ، عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ ، نَحْوَهُ ، وَرُوِي عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوُ هَذَا .
´Nafi' narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said:` “The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) ascended the Minbar and called out with a raised voice: ’O you who accepted Islam with his tongue, while faith has not reached his heart! Do not harm the Muslims, nor revile them, nor spy on them to expose their secrets. For indeed whoever tries to expose his Muslims brother’s secrets, Allah exposes his secrets wide open, even if he were in the depth of his house.’” He (Nafl’) said: ‘ One day Ibn ‘Umar looked at the House- or – the Ka’bah and said: ‘What is it that is more honored than you, and whose honor is more sacred than yours! And the believer’s honor is more sacred to Allah than yours.’”
Hadith 2118

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ وَلَهُ مَا يُوصِي فِيهِ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، نَحْوَهُ .
´Ibn 'Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W) said:` "It is not right for a Muslim man to spend two nights, having what he would will, without having his will written with him."
Hadith 2126
حَدَّثَنَا
ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا

عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعَ
عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ ، وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ " نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ ، وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ " ، وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ
شُعْبَةُ،
وَسُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ،
ومالك بن أنس، عَنْ
عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، وَيُرْوَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، قَالَ : لَوَدِدْتُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ دِينَارٍ حِينَ حَدَّثَ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ ، أَذِنَ لِي حَتَّى كُنْتُ أَقُومُ إِلَيْهِ فَأُقَبِّلُ رَأْسَهُ ، وَرَوَى
يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ، عَنْ
عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ
نَافِعٍ، عَنْ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ وَهْمٌ ، وَهِمَ فِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ ، وَالصَّحِيحُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَتَفَرَّدَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .
´It is narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that` the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the selling and gifting of wala (the right of inheritance from freed slaves). © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Sahih,
2- We know it only from the narration of Abdullah bin Dinar from Ibn Umar, and he narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who forbade selling and gifting of wala. Shu’bah, Sufyan Thawri, and Malik bin Anas have also narrated this hadith from Abdullah bin Dinar. It is narrated from Shu’bah that he said: I wished that Abdullah bin Dinar would permit me, while narrating this hadith, so that I could stand up and kiss his head,
3- Yahya bin Salim, while narrating this hadith, has mentioned the chain as follows «عن عبيد الله بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» but there is an error in this chain, and this error is from Yahya bin Salim. The correct chain is as follows «عن عبيد الله بن عمر عن عبد الله بن دينار عن ابن عمر عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» Several people have narrated from Ubaidullah bin Umar in this manner. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
Ubaidullah bin Dinar is unique in narrating this hadith.

ابْنَ عُمَرَ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّ فُلَانًا يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامَ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ : إِنَّهُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّهُ قَدْ أَحْدَثَ ، فَإِنْ كَانَ قَدْ أَحْدَثَ ، فَلَا تُقْرِئْهُ مِنِّي السَّلَامَ ، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " يَكُونُ فِي هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ أَوْ فِي أُمَّتِي الشَّكُّ مِنْهُ خَسْفٌ أَوْ مَسْخٌ أَوْ قَذْفٌ فِي أَهْلِ الْقَدَرِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ ، وَأَبُو صَخْرٍ اسْمُهُ حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ .
´Nafi' narrated that a man came to Ibn 'Umar and said:` "So-and-so conveys his Salam to you." So he said: "It has been conveyed to me that he has innovated, so if he has indeed innovated, then do not convey my Salam to him, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) saying: 'In this Ummah' or: 'In my Ummah'" - the doubt was his - "a collapse of the earth, or a transformation, or stones shall rain upon the people of Al-Qadr.'"
Hadith 2153
´Ibn 'Umar narrated from the Prophet (s.a.w):` "There will be a collapse of the earth and transformation in my Ummah, and that is for those who deny Al-Qadar."
Hadith 2241

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الدَّجَّالِ ، فَقَالَ : " أَلَا إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ ، أَلَا وَإِنَّهُ أَعْوَرُ عَيْنُهُ الْيُمْنَى كَأَنَّهَا عِنَبَةٌ طَافِيَةٌ " ، قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ سَعْدٍ ، وَحُذَيْفَةَ ، وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، وَأَسْمَاءَ ، وَجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، وَأَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، وَعَائِشَةَ ، وَأَنَسٍ ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَالْفَلَتَانِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ ، مِنْ حَدِيثِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ .
´'Ibn 'Umar narrated that the Prophet(s.a.w) was asked about the Dajjal, so he said:` "Lo! Indeed your Lord is not blind in one eye, and indeed he is blind in one eye; his right eye is as if it is a floating grape."
Hadith 2422
´Hammad bin Zayd narrated from Ayub, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar – Hammad said - :` “And it is Marfu` in our view.” (He said): “The Day when all mankind will stand before the Lord of all that exists. They will be standing in their sweat up to the middle of their ears.” (Sahih) [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. (Another chain) from the Prophet SAW with similar meaning.

´Narrated Ibn 'Umar:` that a man gave the Salam to the Prophet (ﷺ) while he was urinating, but the Prophet (ﷺ) did not return the Salam to him."

نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا عَطَسَ إِلَى جَنْبِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، فَقَالَ : الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ
ابْنُ عُمَرَ : وَأَنَا أَقُولُ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ، وَلَيْسَ هَكَذَا عَلَّمَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَّمَنَا ، أَنْ نَقُولَ : " الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ ، لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ زِيَادِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ .
´Narrated Hadrami, the freed slave of the family of Al-Jarud:` from Nafi: "A man sneezed beside Ibn 'Umar and said: 'Al-Hamdulillah Was-Salamu 'Ala Rasulillah. (All praise is due to Allah, and peace upon the Messenger of Allah)'. So Ibn 'Umar said: 'I too say Al-Hamdulillah Was-Salamu 'Ala Rasulillah, but this is not what the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) taught us. He taught us to say: "Al-Hamdulillah 'Ala Kulli Hal (All praise is due to Allah in every circumstance)."
Hadith 2749

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا يُقِمْ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
´Narrated Ibn 'Umar:` that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Let one of you not have his brother stand from his seat then sit in it."
Hadith 2763
´Narrated Ibn 'Umar:` that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Trim the mustache and leave the beard to grow."

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَمَرَنَا بِإِحْفَاءِ الشَّوَارِبِ ، وَإِعْفَاءِ اللِّحَى " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ هُوَ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَعُمَرُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ثِقَةٌ ، وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ يُضَعَّفُ .
´Narrated Ibn 'Umar:` that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered trimming the mustache and leaving the beard to grow.
Hadith 2783
´Narrated Ibn 'Umar:` that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Allah's curse is upon the woman who lengthens hair and the women who seeks to have her hair lengthened, and the woman who tattoos and the woman who seeks to have her herself tattooed."
Hadith 2800
´Narrated Abu Muhayyah:` from Laith, from Nafi, from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Beware of nakedness! For indeed there are with you, those who do not part from you except at the place of defecation, and when a man goes into his wife. So be shy of them and honor them."

ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " غَيَّرَ اسْمَ عَاصِيَةَ ، وَقَالَ : أَنْتِ جَمِيلَةُ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ ، وَإِنَّمَا أَسْنَدَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، وَرَوَى بَعْضُهُمْ هَذَا عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ مُرْسَلًا ، وَفِي الْبَابِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُطِيعٍ ، وَعَائِشَةَ ، وَالْحَكَمِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، وَمُسْلِمٍ ، وَأُسَامَةَ بْنِ أَخْدَرِيٍّ ، وَشُرَيْحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، وَخَيْثَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ .
´Narrated Ibn 'Umar:` that the Prophet (ﷺ) changed the name of 'Asiyah, he said: "You are Jamilah."
