Hadith 520
حَدَّثَنَا
عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا
شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ
مُخَوَّلِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ
مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ، عَنْ
سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ
ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ : الم تَنْزِيلُ السَّجْدَةَ وَ هَلْ أَتَى عَلَى الْإِنْسَانِ " . قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ سَعْدٍ ، وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ ، وَشُعْبَةُ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ مُخَوَّلٍ .
´Ibn Abbas narrated:` "For the Fajr prayer on Friday, Allah's Messenger would recite: Alif Lam Mem (which is) revealed in (Surat) As-Sajdah and, Has there not been over man."
Hadith 716
´Ibn Abbas narrated:` "A woman came to the Prophet and said: 'My sister died while she had two consecutive months of fasting due.' So he said: 'Do you not see that if there was a debt due from your sister then you would have to pay it?' She said: 'Yes.' He said: 'Then the right of Allah is more appropriate.'"
Hadith 717
حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ
الْأَعْمَشِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، قَالَ : وسَمِعْت مُحَمَّدًا ، يَقُولُ : جَوَّدَ أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ . قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ : وَقَدْ رَوَى غَيْرُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ مِثْلَ رِوَايَةِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَرَوَى
أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ، عَنْ
الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ
مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ، عَنْ
سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ
ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرُوا فِيهِ سَلَمَةَ بْنَ كُهَيْلٍ ، وَلَا عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَلَا عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، وَاسْمُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَبَّانَ .
´Ibn Abbas narrated:` (A Hadith similar to no. 716 with a different chain.)
Hadith 757
حَدَّثَنَا
هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ
الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ
مُسْلِمٍ هُوَ الْبَطِينُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ، عَنْ
سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ
ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا مِنْ أَيَّامٍ الْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ فِيهِنَّ أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللَّهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأَيَّامِ الْعَشْرِ " فَقَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَلَا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " وَلَا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ خَرَجَ بِنَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ فَلَمْ يَرْجِعْ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِشَيْءٍ " . وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، وَجَابِرٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ .
´Ibn Abbas narrated that :` the Messenger of Allah said: "There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than those ten days." They said: "O Messenger of Allah! Not even Jihad in Allah Cause?" The Messenger of Allah said: "Not even Jihad in Allah's Cause, unless a man were to out with his self and his wealth and not return from that with anything."
Hadith 3171
´Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:` "When the Prophet (ﷺ) was expelled from Makkah, Abu Bakr said: 'They have driven out their Prophet to their own doom.' So Allah, Most High, revealed: 'Permission (to fight) is given to those who are fought against, because they have been wronged; and surely, Allah is able to give them victory (22:39).' So Abu Bakr said: 'Then I knew that there would be fighting.'"
Hadith 3172
´Narrated Sa'eed bin Jubair:` "When the Prophet (ﷺ) was expelled from Makkah a man said: 'They have driven out their Prophet' so (the following) was revealed: "Permission (to fight) is given to those who are fought against, because they have been wronged; and surely, Allah is able to give them victory. Those who have been expelled from their homes unjustly (22:39)." [Those who were expelled were the Prophet (ﷺ) and his Companions.]
