Hadith 91
´It was narrated that Suraqah bin Ju'shum said:` "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), is one's deed in that which has already dried of the Pen and what has passed of the Divine Decree, or is it in the future?' He said: 'No, it is in that which he already dried of the Pen and what has passed of the Divine Decree, and each person is facilitated for what he has been created.'"
Hadith 103
´It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:` "When 'Umar became Muslim, Jibril came down and said: 'O Muhammed! The people of heaven are rejoicing because of 'Umar's Islam.'"
Hadith 222
´It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'One Faqih (knowledgeable man) is more formidable against the Shaitan than one thousand devoted worshippers.'"
Hadith 278
´It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Adhere to righteousness even though you will not be able to do all acts of virtue. Know that among the best of your deeds is prayer and that no one maintains his ablution except a believer.'"

´It was narrated that Jabir said:` "The Messenger of Allah forbade facing the Qiblah when urinating. But I saw him, one year before he died, facing the Qiblah (while urinating)."
Hadith 347
´It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:` "The Messenger of Allah passed by two new graves, and he said: 'They are being punished, but they are not being punished for anything major. One of them was heedless about preventing urine from getting on his clothes, and the other used to walk about spreading malicious gossip.'"

´It was narrated from Umm Hani that :` The Prophet and Maimunah took a bath from a single vessel, a large bowl in which they were some traces of dough.
Hadith 461
´It was narrated from Hakam bin Sufyan Ath-Thawri that:` He saw the Messenger of Allah perform ablution then take a handful of water and sprinkle it over his private area to remove any doubts about urine drippings.
Hadith 1068
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:` “Allah enjoined the prayer upon the tongue of your Prophet (ﷺ): Four Rak’ah while a resident and two Rak’ah when traveling.”
Hadith 1069
It was narrated from Mujahid, Sa’eed bin Jubair, ‘Ata’ bin Abi Rabah and Tawus that Ibn ‘Abbas told them that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to combine the Maghrib and ‘Isha’ when traveling, although there was nothing to make him hurry and no enemy pursuing him, and he was not afraid of anything.
Hadith 1149
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said:` “I watched the Prophet (ﷺ) for a month, and in the two Rak’ah before Fajr he used to recite: “Say: O you disbelievers!” [Al-Kafirun (109)] and “Say: Allah is One.” [Al- Ikhlas (112)]
Hadith 1583
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade following a funeral that was accompanied by a wailing woman.”
Hadith 1661
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) fasted while he was traveling, and he broke his fast.”

مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ
عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : " هَلْ عِنْدَكُمْ شَيْءٌ ؟ " ، فَنَقُولُ : لَا ، فَيَقُولُ : " إِنِّي صَائِمٌ " فَيُقِيمُ عَلَى صَوْمِهِ ، ثُمَّ يُهْدَى لَنَا شَيْءٌ فَيُفْطِرُ ، قَالَتْ : وَرُبَّمَا صَامَ وَأَفْطَرَ ، قُلْتُ : كَيْفَ ذَا ؟ ، قَالَتْ : إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ هَذَا ، مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَخْرُجُ بِصَدَقَةٍ فَيُعْطِي بَعْضًا وَيُمْسِكُ بَعْضًا .
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would enter upon me and say: ‘Do you have anything (any food)?’ If we said: ‘No,’ he would say: ‘Then I am fasting.’ So he would continue fasting, then it we were given some food, he would break his fast.” She said: “Sometimes he would fast and (then) break fast (i.e., combine fasting and breaking fast in one day).” I said: “How is that?” She said: “Like the one who goes out with charity (i.e., something to give in charity),and he gives some away and keeps some.”
Hadith 1758
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:` “A woman came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, my sister has died and she owed a fast of two consecutive months.’ He said: ‘Do you not think that if your sister owed a debt, you would pay it off for her?’ She said: ‘Of course.’ He said: ‘The right of Allah is greater.’”
Hadith 1901
´It was narrated that Mujahid said:` “I was with Ibn Umar, and he heard the sound of a drum, so he put his fingers in his ears and turned away. He did that three times, then he said: “This is what I saw the Messenger of Allah do.' ”
Hadith 2116

يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ

عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ أَوْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْقُرَشِيِّ ، قَالَ : لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ جَاءَ بِأَبِيهِ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، اجْعَلْ لِأَبِي نَصِيبًا فِي الْهِجْرَةِ ، فَقَالَ : " إِنَّهُ لَا هِجْرَةَ " ، فَانْطَلَقَ فَدَخَلَ عَلَى الْعَبَّاسِ ، فَقَالَ : قَدْ عَرَفْتَنِي ، قَالَ : أَجَلْ فَخَرَجَ الْعَبَّاسُ فِي قَمِيصٍ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ رِدَاءٌ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، قَدْ عَرَفْتَ فُلَانًا ، وَالَّذِي بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُ وَجَاءَ بِأَبِيهِ لِتُبَايعَهُ عَلَى الْهِجْرَةِ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّهُ لَا هِجْرَةَ " ، فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ : أَقْسَمْتُ عَلَيْكَ ، فَمَدَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَهُ فَمَسَّ يَدَهُ ، فَقَالَ : " أَبْرَرْتُ عَمِّي وَلَا هِجْرَةَ " .
´It was narrated from Mujahid, that 'Abdur-Rahman bin Safwan, or Safwan bin 'Abdur- Rahman Al-Qurashi said:` "On the Day of the conquest of Makkah, he came with his father and he said: 'O Messenger of Allah, give my father a share of Hijrah.' He said: 'There is no Hijrah.' Then he went away and entered upon 'Abbas and said: 'Do you know who I am?' He said: 'Yes.' Then 'Abbas went out, wearing a shirt and no upper wrap, and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, do you know so-and-so with whom we have friendly ties? He brought his father to swear an oath of allegiance (i.e., promise) to emigrate.' The Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'There is no Hijrah.'" 'Abbas said: 'I adjure you to do it.' The Prophet (ﷺ) stretched forth his hand and touched his hand, and said: 'I have fulfilled the oath of my uncle, but there is no Hijrah."' (Da'if)Another chain with similar wording. Yazid bin Abu Ziyad said: "Meaning: There is no Hijrah from a land whose people have accepted Islam."
Hadith 2287
´It was narrated that Sa'ib said to the Prophet (ﷺ):` "You were my partner during the Ignorance period and you were the best of partners, you did not contend or dispute."

رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ أَحَدُنَا إِذَا اسْتَغْنَى عَنْ أَرْضِهِ أَعْطَاهَا بِالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ وَالنِّصْفِ وَاشْتَرَطَ ثَلَاثَ جَدَاوِلَ وَالْقُصَارَةَ وَمَا يَسْقِي الرَّبِيعُ ، وَكَانَ الْعَيْشُ إِذْ ذَاكَ شَدِيدًا ، وَكَانَ يَعْمَلُ فِيهَا بِالْحَدِيدِ وَبِمَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ وَيُصِيبُ مِنْهَا مَنْفَعَةً فَأَتَانَا رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ فَقَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَاكُمْ عَنْ أَمْرٍ كَانَ لَكُمْ نَافِعًا ، وَطَاعَةُ اللَّهِ وَطَاعَةُ رَسُولِهِ أَنْفَعُ لَكُمْ ، إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : يَنْهَاكُمْ عَنِ الْحَقْلِ وَيَقُولُ : " مَنِ اسْتَغْنَى عَنْ أَرْضِهِ فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ أَوْ لِيَدَعْ " .
´It was narrated from Usaid bin Zuhair, the paternal nephew of Rafi' bin Khdij, that Rafi' bin Khadij said:` “If one of us did not need his land, he would give it (to someone else to cultivate) in return for one third, or one half of the yield , and he would stipulate (that the should receive) the produce grows on the banks of three streams, and the grains that remain in the ear after threshing, and the produce irrigated by a stream. Life at that time was hard, and he would work (the land) with iron and whatever Allah (SWT) willed, and he would benefit from it. Then Rafi bin Khadij came to us and said: ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade you to do something that may seem beneficial to you, but obedience to Allah and obedience to His Messenger are more beneficial for you. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade Haq for you, and he said: “Whoever has no need of his land, let him give it to his brother (to cultivate) or let him leave it (uncultivated).”
Hadith 2463
´It was narrated from Tawus that :` Mu`adh bin Jabl leased some land during the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), Abu Bakr, 'Umar and 'Uthmah, in return for one third or one fourth (of the yield), and he was still doing that until this day of yours.
Hadith 2472
´It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “The Muslims are partners in three things: water, pasture and fire, and their price is unlawful.”
Hadith 2611
´It was narrated from Abdullah bin Amr that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Whoever claims to belong to someone other than his father will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance may be detected from a distance of five hundred years.”
Hadith 2686
´It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Whoever kills a Mu'ahid, will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance may be detected from a distance of forty years.”
Hadith 2893
´It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “The one who fights in the cause of Allah, and the pilgrim performing Hajj and ‘Umrah are a delegation to Allah. He invited them, so they responded to Him, and they ask Him and He gives to them.”

It was narrated from Jabir bin ‘Abdullah, Ibn ‘Umar and Ibn ‘Abbas that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and his Companions came (to Makkah) to perform their Hajj and ‘Umrah, they only performed Tawaf once.

´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not perform any ‘Umrah except in Dhul-Qa’dah.”
Hadith 3040
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:` “Fadl bin ‘Abbas said: ‘I was riding behind the Prophet (ﷺ) and I continued to hear him reciting the Talbiyah until he stoned ‘Aqabah Pillar, and when he stoned it, he stopped reciting the Talbiyah.’”
Hadith 3045
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:` “It was said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, why did you support (by supplicating for) those who shave (their heads) three times and those who cut (their hair) only once?’ He said: ‘Because they did not entertain any doubts.’”
Hadith 3099
´It was narrated that ‘Ali bin Abu Talib said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded me to look after his sacrificial camels, to share out their covers and skins, and not to give the butcher any of it. He said: ‘We will give him (his wages).’”

‘Ali bin Abu Talib narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded him to distribute the entire sacrificial camel – its meat, skin and covers – among the poor.
Hadith 3189
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the meat and milk of Al-Jallalah.”*
Hadith 3414
´It was narrated that Hudhaifah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade drinking from vessels of gold and silver. He said: “They are for them in this world and for you in the Hereafter.’”

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قَالَ : هَجَّرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَهَجَّرْتُ , فَصَلَّيْتُ , ثُمَّ جَلَسْتُ فَالْتَفَتَ إِلَيَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , فَقَالَ : " اشكمت درد ؟ " , قُلْتُ : نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , قَالَ : " قُمْ فَصَلِّ , فَإِنَّ فِي الصَّلَاةِ شِفَاءً " .
´It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:` “The Prophet (ﷺ) set out in the early morning and I did likewise. I prayed, then I sat. The Prophet (ﷺ) turned to me and said: ‘Do you have a stomach problem?’* I said: ‘Yes, O Messenger of Allah.’ He said: ‘Get up and pray, for in prayer there is healing.’” Another chain with similar wording. Abu `Abdullah said: A man narrated it to his people, then they were stirred up against him.
Hadith 3459
´It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade treating illness with foul things (Khabith), meaning poison.”*
Hadith 3489
´It was narrated from ‘Aqqar bin Al-Mughirah from his father that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “Whoever seeks treatment by cauterization, or with Ruqyah, then he had absolved himself of reliance upon Allah.”
Hadith 3577
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to wear a shirt that was short in the sleeves and length.”

´It was narrated that Mujahid said:` “Umm Hani said: ‘When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered Makkah he had four braids.’”

´It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said:` "Jibra'il kept enjoining good treatment of neighbours until I thought he would make neighbours heirs."

´It was narrated that Miqdad bin 'Amr said:` "The Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) commanded us to throw dust in the faces of those who praise others."
Hadith 3825
´It was narrated that Abu Dharr said:` "The Messenger of Allah (saas) said to me: "Shall I not tell you of a treasure which is one of the treasures of Paradise?' I said: 'Yes, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (There is no power and no strength except with Allah).'" (sahih)
