وَحَدَّثَنِي ، عَنْ مَالِك ، عَنْ
عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ :
" مَنْ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ قَضَاءُ رَمَضَانَ فَلَمْ يَقْضِهِ وَهُوَ قَوِيٌّ عَلَى صِيَامِهِ حَتَّى جَاءَ رَمَضَانُ آخَرُ ، فَإِنَّهُ يُطْعِمُ مَكَانَ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا مُدًّا مِنْ حِنْطَةٍ وَعَلَيْهِ مَعَ ذَلِكَ الْقَضَاءُ "
It is narrated from Hazrat Qasim bin Muhammad, he used to say: Whoever is obliged to make up missed fasts of Ramadan but does not do so until the next Ramadan comes, and he was able to fast, then for each missed fast he should give one mudd of wheat to a needy person and also make up the fast.
