988 - وأنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، أنا الْقَاضِي أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدُوسٍ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَوَّاسٍ، نا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، نا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَوْلَى الْقَوْمِ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ»
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the freed slave of a people is counted among them."
