Hadith 1187
1187 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَزَالُ النَّاسُ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ حَتَّي يَقُولُوا: هَذَا اللَّهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ، فَمَنْ خَلَقَ اللَّهَ؟ قَالَ: فَإِذَا وَجَدَ أَحَدُكُمْ ذَلِكَ فَلْيَقُلْ: آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ "
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "People will continue to ask each other questions until they say: Allah the Exalted created everything, so who created Allah the Exalted?" The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When this situation arises, a person should say: I believe in Allah."
