It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that anyone should urinate in standing water and then perform ablution with it.

I submitted, "Tell me something that if I act upon it, I will enter Paradise?" The Noble Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Spread peace, speak good words, maintain ties of kinship, and stand in prayer at night when people are sleeping, and you will enter Paradise in peace."

O Allah, purify me of my sins as a white garment is cleansed of dirt. O Allah, wash away my sins with water, snow, and hail."
