Hadith 22786
It is narrated from Hazrat Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: After me, there will be rulers over you who will make you recognize deeds that you will dislike, and they will dislike deeds that you consider good. So whoever disobeys Allah, obedience to him is not necessary, and do not turn away from your Lord.
Hadith 22787
It is narrated from Hazrat Ubada (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Soon there will come rulers who will be engrossed in many things out of heedlessness, and they will delay the prayer from its appointed time. On such occasions, you should perform the prayer at its appointed time, and then join them with the intention of offering a voluntary (nafl) prayer.
Hadith 22788
It is narrated from Hazrat Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever fights in the way of Allah, but his intention in this jihad is to obtain a rope, then he will get only that for which he intended.
Hadith 22789
Abdullah bin Abbad Zarqi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once he was hunting birds at his well named Bi’r Ahhab. Hazrat Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) saw me, and at that time I had caught some birds. He snatched them from my hand and set them free, and said, “Son! The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has declared the area between the two boundaries of Madinah as a sanctuary (Haram) just as Hazrat Ibrahim (peace be upon him) had declared Makkah as a sanctuary.”
Hadith 22790
It is narrated from various Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: By the One in Whose power is the soul of Muhammad (peace be upon him), a group from my Ummah will spend the night engaged in eating, drinking, and amusement, and when morning comes, their faces will have been transformed into the faces of monkeys and pigs, because they will have considered alcohol lawful, played the daf (musical instruments), and kept singing women (female singers).
Hadith 22791
It is narrated from Hazrat Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) saw the new moon of the first (of the month), he would say Allahu Akbar, Alhamdulillah, and La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah, and then make this supplication: O Allah! I ask You for the good of this month, and I seek refuge in You from the evil decrees of fate and from a bad outcome.
Hadith 22792
It is narrated from Hazrat Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever receives a wound on his body and then gives charity, Allah Almighty, in proportion to that charity, expiates his sins.

It is narrated from Hazrat Fadala bin Ubaid (may Allah be pleased with him) and Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: On the Day of Resurrection, when Allah Almighty will have finished taking account of the creation, two men will remain. It will be commanded regarding them that they be thrown into Hell. As one of them is going, he will look back. Allah Almighty will say: Bring him back. So the angels will bring him back. Allah Almighty will ask: Why did you look back? He will reply: I had hope that You would admit me into Paradise. So it will be commanded that he be taken to Paradise. And he will say: Allah Almighty has given me so much that if I invite all the people of Paradise to a feast, nothing will be diminished from what I have. And whenever the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned this, the effects of happiness would be visible on his blessed face.
Hadith 22794
It is narrated from Hazrat Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever receives a wound on his body and then gives charity, Allah Almighty, in proportion to that charity, expiates his sins.

It is narrated from Hazrat Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led the people in prayer during a battle, placing a camel from the spoils of war as a sutrah in front of him. When he finished the prayer by saying salam, he stood up, took the camel’s hump between his two fingers, and said: "This is your spoils of war, and apart from the khums, my share in it is equal to yours, and the khums is also returned to you. Therefore, if anyone has even a needle or thread, let him bring it back, or if it is something bigger or smaller, let him also return it. Do not commit treachery with the spoils of war, for treachery will be a cause of fire and shame for the traitor in this world and the Hereafter. And strive in Allah’s path against people, whether they are near or far, and do not care about the blame of any blamer regarding Allah. Establish the limits of Allah in travel and at home, and strive in the way of Allah, for striving in Allah’s path is one of the doors of Paradise, through which Allah grants relief from grief and distress."
