Then the narrator mentioned the entire hadith, and at the end said: "Those of you who are present should convey this message to those who are absent, because sometimes the one to whom the message is conveyed preserves it better than the one who hears it." Then, while still mounted on his camel, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) proceeded towards the goats and began distributing them among the people, giving one goat to two men or one goat to three men.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: None of you should say, "I stood (in prayer) for the entire Ramadan." Now Allah knows best whether the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) feared that his Ummah might declare their own purity, or he said this because there is no escape from sleep and heedlessness.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: None of you should say, "I stood (in prayer) for the entire Ramadan," (because there is no way to avoid heedlessness or sleep; it is possible that on some day he may have slept through it).

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Soon there will be tribulations in which the one lying down will be better than the one sitting, and the one sitting will be better than the one standing, and the one standing will be better than the one walking, and the one walking will be better than the one running. A man asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you command me to do then?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever has camels should go to his camels, and whoever has goats should go to his goats, and whoever has land should go to his land, and whoever has nothing should take his sword and strike its edge on a rock. And if he can save himself, let him save himself. O Allah, have I conveyed (the message)? He said this twice. A man asked, "O Prophet of Allah, may I be sacrificed for you, tell me, if someone forcibly grabs my hand and takes me into a row or group, and there a man attacks me with a sword and kills me, what will become of me?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: That person will return with your sin and will be among the people of Hell.
Hadith 20491
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man presented himself in the court of the Messenger and asked, "O Messenger of Allah, which person is the best?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, "The one whose life is long and whose deeds are good." The questioner asked, "And who is the worst person?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, "The one whose life is long and whose deeds are bad."
Hadith 20492
Narrated to us by Abu Nu'aym, narrated to us by Zuhayr ibn Mu'awiyah, from Ali ibn Zayd, from Abdur-Rahman ibn Abi Bakrah, from his father, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked, "Which of the people is best?" So he mentioned the like of it.
