Hadith 8781

حَدَّثَنَا الْخُزَاعِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ بِلَالٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلْمَانَ الْأَغَرِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَا يَنْبَغِي لِذِي الْوَجْهَيْنِ أَنْ يَكُونَ أَمِينًا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is not possible for a double-faced person to be trustworthy.
