(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَفْصٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا وَرْقَاءُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَا أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِعِيسَى ، الأَنبِياءُ إِخْوَةٌ بَنُو عَلَّاتٍ ، وليسَ بَيْني وَبَيْنَ عِيسَى نَبِيٌّ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Among all people, I am the closest to Jesus (peace be upon him). All the prophets (peace be upon them) are paternal brothers. There is no prophet between me and Jesus (peace be upon him).
