ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 3093

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا قَدِمَ مَكَّةَ ، أَبَى أَنْ يَدْخُلَ الْبَيْتَ وَفِيهِ الْآلِهَةُ ، فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَأُخْرِجَتْ ، فَأَخْرَجَ صُورَةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَام ، فِي أَيْدِيهِمَا الْأَزْلَامُ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " قَاتَلَهُمْ اللَّهُ ، أَمَا وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ عَلِمُوا مَا اقْتَسَمَا بِهَا قَطُّ " قَالَ : ثُمَّ دَخَلَ الْبَيْتَ ، فَكَبَّرَ فِي نَوَاحِي الْبَيْتِ ، وَخَرَجَ وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ فِي الْبَيْتِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to Makkah, he refrained from entering the House of Allah (the Ka'bah) while the idols were present inside. At the command of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), everything was removed from there, among which were also the statues of Ibrahim and Isma'il (peace be upon them), in whose hands were arrows used for divination. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "May Allah's curse be upon them! They knew well that these two never used these arrows for dividing anything." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered the House of Allah, proclaimed the greatness of Allah in its corners, and came out. On this occasion, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not perform prayer inside the House of Allah.
