حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى بِرْذَوْنٍ ، عَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ طَرْفُهَا بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهِ ، فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْهُ ؟ فَقَالَ : " رَأَيْتِيهِ ؟ ذَاكَ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once Hazrat Jibreel (peace be upon him) came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) riding a Turkish horse. He was wearing a turban, one end of which was between his two shoulders. Later, I said that I saw you talking to a man. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "Did you see him?" That was Jibreel (peace be upon him).
