حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَة ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ عَمَرَ أَرْضًا لَيْسَتْ لِأَحَدٍ ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever cultivates a land that does not belong to anyone, then he is entitled to it.
